About Me

I've been an avid sketcher for nearly 72 years now, never needing art school but rather learning to draw on the mean streets of Nashville's Sylvan Park neighborhood.  Decades of practice from constant sketching, relying only on a small collection of How to Draw Zombies books as my fine arts reference for self instruction, I eventually stumbled upon a uniquely cool style heavy with extensive details and gritty textures.  I've dabbled in many other mediums and art forms, but I never leave the house without my sketchbook and as many pens as possible.
